Mr. Adhya, learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved regarding the order of bail passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly.

Record reflects that the said order was passed on 25.09.2020 and subsequently charge has also been framed and date fixed for evidence.

Grievance of the petitioner is that there has been a deviation of the post bail conduct of the opposite party nos.2 and 3. In case, the opposite party nos.2 and 3 are found to create any breach of peace in respect of the petitioner's peace and property, the petitioner would be at liberty to intimate to the Jurisdictional Police Station and take appropriate application/steps before the Court which is in sesin of the present case. No interference is required so far as the bail order is concerned, at this stage, as trial has already commenced.

With the above observations and directions, CRM 5568 of 2021 is dismissed.
