Mr. Betal, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the writ petition suffers from some technical defects and on the instruction of the advocate-on-record, prays leave to withdraw it and to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. As prayed for, W.P.A. 12205 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs. This order, however will not prevent the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
