Banerjee) The petitioner has challenged the order dated October 3, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 4th Court at Purba Bardhaman in Title Suit No. 575 of 2024. By the order impugned the prayer for ad interim order of injunction on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2, stood refused.

Such an order being an appellable one, this court is not inclined to entertain this civil revision application.

At this stage, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. In view of such submission, CO 1996 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be permitted to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a Photostat copy thereof.
