The petitioner was directed by an order dated 6th July, 2022 to effect service. The matter thereafter appeared on 1st August, 2022 and 18th August, 2022. On the subsequent two dates, the petitioner was unrepresented and no accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner.

As none appears for the State, Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The subject matter of challenge relates to the order dated 11th February, 2022 passed by the learned District Judge, Session Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas wherein the anticipatory bail was granted to the opposite party nos.2 and 3 in connection with Survey Park Police Station Case no.6 of 2022 under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 and 4 of D.P. Act. Having regard to the time period which has elapsed in the meantime and there are no allegations of violating any of the conditions which are recent in nature, I am of the opinion that the

order under challenge do not call for any interference. Accordingly, CRM (SB) 142 of 2022 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
