The petitioner has approached this Court over some issues relating to construction of wall. However, pursuant to the information furnished by the petitioner, Canning P.S. Case No.416/2025 dated 15.06.2025 has been registered for investigation.

On the other hand, on the information of the private respondent no.5, Canning P.S. Case No.417/2025 dated 15.06.2025 has also been registered.

Since the Inspector-in-Charge, Canning Police Station has submitted report that case and counter-case have been initiated at the behest of the petitioner as well as the respondent no.5

herein, a strict surveillance be maintained so that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 12604 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
