The report records that the P.W. Department (Roadwing) has decided to purchase the plot in question and upon completion of the said procedure for direct purchase, fund amounting to Rs.76,72,147/- is lying with the District Level Purchase Committee for payment to the petitioners as per direct purchase policy.

Learned counsel for the State respondents seeks accommodation for a couple of months to complete the entire procedure and execute the deed in favour of the petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the proceeding

for direct purchase and execute the title deed in favour of the petitioners within two months from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, if required, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
