Earlier, an opportunity was granted by way of an order dated 9th February, 2022.
I have perused the contentions advanced in this revisional application and I find that the petitioner has substantial scope of agitating the same in course of the trial. As such, no interference is called for because the petitioner has approached this court at the very initial stage of the proceedings.
Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1640 of 2017 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a website copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
