Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he has verbally instructed not to proceed with this instant criminal revisional application further. He also seeks for necessary liberty to file the criminal revisional application afresh.

Heard the learned advocate perused the instant criminal application, which is filed in the year 2017. Considering the submission of the learned advocate, the instant criminal application is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

The petitioner is at liberty to file necessary application subject to the period of limitation.

Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being CRR 1645 of 2017 is disposed as not pressed.
