The petitioner prays for withdrawal of the revisional application in view of the defects which have been detected later on.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid by the opposite parties before such filing.
