Mr. Bidyut Kr. Roy Mr. Aritra Bhattacharya ... For the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 5 months. Charge sheet has been submitted. Further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that low quality fake Indian currency note were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence which strikes at the economic stability of the society at large, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
