Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has prayed for withdrawal of this revisional application which was filed assailing the order dated 6th June, 2022 passed in connection with Suit No.28 of 2021 wherein the learned Tribunal rejected the prayer for injunction under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The prayer for withdrawal stands allowed.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. 5.

Connected application, if any, also stands disposed of.
