It is pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the opposite party that since CRR 2142 of 2022 has already been disposed of vide order dated 13th July, 2022, connected application thereof being, IA No. CRAN 1 of 2022 is also required to be treated as disposed of.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that since the original revisional application has been disposed of on 13th July, 2022, he does not want to press the instant application.

In view of such submission, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
