Mr. Tanmay Mukherjee, Mr. Amal Kumar Saha, Mr. Iresh Paul ...for the petitioners in C.O.1476/21 and in C.O.1477/2021 Mr. Rajdeep Bhattacharya ...for the petitioner in C.O.1545/21 and opposite parties in C.O.1476/21 and C.O.1477/21 According to Mr. Mukherjee the constitution of previous election is under challenge in this three revisional applications referred hereinabove. The election subsequently having held, the instant revisional applications have become infructuous. Mr. Rajdeep Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties in C.O.1476 of 2021 and C.O.1477 of 2021 concedes the same.

Accordingly, on the joint prayer of both parties, the three revisional applications, referred hereinabove stand dismissed, as infructuous.
