Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Let the report, as filed on behalf of the State, be kept on record. It appears that the applicant/petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 6th September, 2021 till date and has also surrendered before the Learned Court below and obtained regular bail.

In view thereof, the condition that the petitioner shall meet with the I.O. once in a week until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall meet with the I.O. once in a month until further orders.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
