And In Re : Noor Islam alias Nur Islam alias Doma ..... petitioner Ms. Soma Chowdhury (Bandhu) ... for the petitioner Md. Kutubuddin ... for the State Having considered materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in subjecting a minor girl to penetrative sexual assault, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
