1. Grievance of the petitioners as ventilated by filing this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 79 of 2019 pending since 2019 before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Howrah.

2. It is submitted that the suit filed is for partition and since then, the trial has not commenced. In support of such contention, certified copies of the order sheets have been filed before this Court, which also supports the contention of the learned advocate for the petitioners.

3. This Court is well aware of the huge pendency in the docket of the learned trial Court. However, despite the same, an endeavour should be made by the learned trial Court to deal with the matter expeditiously.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances and considering the long pendency of the matter, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the civil revisional application being C.O. 1774 of 2024 is disposed of.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
