Garden Road, DumDum, District North 24-parganas. Learned Counsel for the Municipality is present. But there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
