The learned Counsel for the NCB has submitted on instruction that proclamation has been is-sued against the petitioner under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas on 22nd February, 2024. 2.

This petition is filed on 13th May, 2024 after issuance of proclamation. 3.
