Let the order dated September 29, 2021 be corrected by substituting Section 392 in the place and stead of Section 362 in the cause title of the order. Further, it is erroneously typed in the cause title as well as in the first paragraph of the order that the petition is one of anticipatory bail under Section 438. That should be corrected as an application for bail under Section 439. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated September 29, 2021.
