All other accused persons have been already granted bail. The charge sheet has also been filed in the present case. Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner as apparent from the case diary, and in view of the period of detention already undergone by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that there is no need for further custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner, namely Uttam Debnath, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balurghat, with a further condition that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer as and when called for.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM 5634 of 2021, is disposed of.
