The petitioner was the Headmaster of Maheshtala High School, District : 24-Parganas (South), on attaining the age of superannuation he had retired from the said service on October 31, 2015. The petitioner by the instant writ petition is praying disbursement of the unpaid retiral benefits, an amount of Rs.1,80,690/- (One Lakh Eighty Thousand Six Hundred Ninety rupees only) after deduction of T.D.S. though has been paid to him on the said account but he intended to see the break-up of the said amount, in pursuance of which, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District : 24Parganas (South), the respondent no.3 herein was directed to submit a break-up of the said amount. Mr. Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that on the basis of the calculation with the break-up of the School Authority, the respondent no. 3 has assessed the aforementioned unpaid amount and disbursed the same to the

petitioner, he files said break-up of the amount in the form of two separate reports, let it be kept with the record.

The grievance of the petitioner since has already been addressed, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition, accordingly WPA 13663 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
