The petitioner claims to be the Chairman of Karandighi Circle Primary Teacher's Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. A dispute has been raised with regard to certain loan amount which the petitioner seeks adjustment from Raiganj Central Co-operative Bank Limited.

The dispute in the writ petition appears to fall under Section 102 of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006. Law provides that such a dispute is required to be filed before the Registrar in the manner as prescribed therein.

The petitioner appears to have approached a wrong forum for relief. The petitioner ought to approach the forum as prescribed in law.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Dismissal of the writ petition will, however, not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach the competent forum, if permissible in law, for redressal of his grievances, if so advised.
