1. The learned advocate appearing in support of the aforesaid revisional application submits that the instant revisional application has become infructuous. As such the petitioner does not want to proceed with the same.

2. Having regard to the submissions made in Court today, let the revisional application being C.O. 1776 of 2024 be dismissed as having become infructuous.
