In the matter of : Kananbala Das @ Kanan Das ..... petitioner Mr. M. Chatterjee Md. Golam Nure Imrohi Mr. Ashim Debnath ....For the petitioner The petitioner, by filing this revisional application, sought to implement the orders dated August 6, 2021, and August 10, 2021, passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, on an application filed by her under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

By the said orders, the learned Executive Magistrate, inter alia, directed that the cultivation right of the recorded tenant should be protected.

The revisional jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked to pass a direction upon the police to implement an order passed by the learned Magistrate in a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

In that view of the aforesaid facts, I find no reason to pass any order in the revisional application.

The revisional application being CRR 1962 of 2021, is dismissed.

The petitioner will, however, be at liberty to approach the learned Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, for the implementation of the said orders dated August 6, 2021 and August 10, 2021.
