The second last paragraph at page 4 of order dated 5th July, 2022 i.e. 'In the present case,........under Section 436-A CrPC.' be deleted and the following paragraph be added :- 'We are conscious Section 436-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure does not strictly apply to the present case which involves offences attracting death penalty but we have referred to the said provision as a comparative example of statutory marker of outer limit in trials justifying bail on the anvil of delay.'

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
