Mr. Bose, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was preferred challenging an order dated 1st May, 2024 passed by the learned Tribunal in an original application, being O.A.575/2024 (Kolkata) refusing to grant an interim order. During pendency of the present writ petition, the original application was again taken up for hearing on 10th June, 2024 and an interim order, as prayed for by the petitioner, was passed. Let a copy of the order dated 10th June, 2024, as produced, be kept on record. In view thereof, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly, dismissed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
