Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the petitioners and the State and having considered the materials in the case diary including the suicide note and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and having considered the fact that suicide note implicates a different person than the petitioners herein, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that the petitioner No. 1 shall meet the investigating officer once in a month until further orders and the petitioner No. 2 shall co-operate with the investigation and also on condition that the petitioners shall pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
