The present dispute is with regard to the alleged encroachment of the respondent nos. 12 to 18 on the PWD land.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the land belongs to PWD and the representation made by the petitioner to the Executive Engineer on 14.06.2022 have not been dealt with.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the PWD has already acted upon the representation and has made certain enquiries on

the demarcation of the land to ascertain whether encroachment has taken place on the land. Counsel submits that the result of the enquiry will be communicated to the petitioner in due course. WPA 12257 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the State-respondents to communicate the Enquiry Report and other relevant documents in relation to the representation made by the petitioner within an outer limit of two weeks from today.
