1. Judgment and order dated January 9, 2025 is mentioned at the behest of the Municipality for incorporation of the names of the learned advocate appearing for such Municipality.

2. Learned advocate for one of the appellants submits that, there is a typographical error in the second line of the first paragraph.

3. Errors being apparent on the face of the record in the judgment and order dated January 9, 2025, are directed to be corrected.

4. Second line of the first paragraph of such judgment be corrected by replacing June 5, 2024 with May 9, 2024.

5. Court is also informed that, learned advocates appearing for the writ petitioner were also not recorded.

6. Names of the learned advocates appearing for the writ petitioner as also the Municipality be incorporated in the judgment and order dated January 9, 2025.

7. The mistakes are thus rectified.

8. Corrections directed be incorporated by the department.
