The petitioner is granted liberty to approach Mr. Chandan Mondal, the claimant in the Arbitration Case No.179 of 2022, for the name and address of the sole arbitrator Sri Asis Bhattacharyya. The name and address will be furnished within a week from the date of the petitioner approaching Mr. Chandan Mondal.

Upon receipt of such name and address of the arbitrator, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the learned Arbitrator for papers, documents and dates with regard to the arbitration case.

The revisional application is disposed of without any order on merits.
