1. We have heard the learned advocates for the parties and carefully perused the materials placed on record. We find that the order and directions issued by the learned Single Bench is fully justified and does not call for any interference.

2. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed.

3. The CESC Limited shall implement the directions issued by the learned Single Bench. If, there is any obstruction raised by the appellant and the police help is sought for, the concerned police shall render adequate police protection in compliance with the directions issued by the learned Single Bench.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
