Roy, Ms. Sima Biswas, Advocates .. ...For the state in CRM (A) 3199 of 2022 Two applications for anticipatory bail are taken up analogously as they emanate out of same police station. Petitioner in CRM (A) 3199 of 2022 is the husband of the de facto complainant. The Court is informed that the husband is the Central Industrial Security Force personnel. Court is also

informed that the husband is making over sums in excess of Rs.4,000/- per month to the de facto complainant. The petitioners in CRM (A) 3063 of 2022 are the inlaws of the de facto complainant. Considering the nature of employment of the husband and considering the omnibus nature of allegations made against the petitioners in both the applications, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in both the applications.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners in both the applications shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner no. 1 in CRM (A) 3063 of 2022 and petitioner in CRM (A) 3199 of 2022 shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a month till the conclusion of the investigation and petitioner no.

2 in CRM (A) 3063 of 2022 shall cooperate with the investigation till its completion and on further condition that the petitioners in both the applications shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in both the applications in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in both applications is allowed.

CRM (A) 3063 of 2022 and CRM (A) 3199 of 2022 are disposed of.
