It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that since at the time of recovery the petitioner was in custody, the recovery of commercial quantity was shown later. There was no independent witness at the time of seizure. Learned advocate appearing of the State draws the attention of the Court to the order dated March 9, 2021 passed in CRM 11045 of 2020. Similar contentions were raised before the coordinate Bench by the petitioner and the co-ordinate Bench rejected the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the present case and since similar contentions as raised by the petitioner today were negated by the coordinate Bench on March 9, 2021, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM 5630 of 2021. is dismissed.
