Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for over 210 days. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore further detention of the petitioners are not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Moreover, he relies upon the criminal antecedents of the petitioners.

Considering the materials in the case diary the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioners and the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

CRM 5629 of 2021 is rejected.
