1. Petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of the order granting bail dated June 24, 2024.

2. Report dated February 25, 2025 submitted in Court be taken on record.

3. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner.

4. The conditions of the order granting bail dated June 24, 2024 requiring the petitioner to remain within the jurisdiction of the local police station and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once every fortnight until further orders are waived.

5. All other terms and conditions as provided in the order granting bail dated June 24, 2024 will remain the same.
