In view of the above, nothing survives in the writ petition, WPA 12802 of 2023 stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to all the parties to act in accordance with law and bring a finality to the remaining steps required to be undertaken under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) including taking of possession of the secured asset.

The Office of the District Magistrate and the concerned State Police Authorities are directed to co-operate in carrying out the above exercise. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.)
