None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. CAN 2 of 2020 is an application for withdrawal of C.O. No. 2059 of 2019. Affidavit of service is taken on record which shows that the said application was served upon the learned advocate who appeared on behalf of the opposite parties.

Petitioner no. 1 has prayed for withdrawal of the revisional application. It appears that the petitioner no. 2, namely, Sri Prasanta Kumar Basu, expired and the petitioner no. 1 is his sole heir and legal representative.

Thus, the prayer for withdrawal of the revisional application is allowed.

CAN 2 of 2020 is allowed.
