This revisional application was preferred challenging the FIR of Dum Dum Police Station Case No. 831 of 2021 dated 01.08.2021 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The contentions advanced in the present revisional application were to the effect that the petitioners have been unnecessarily implicated in the instant case, to substantiate the same, several factual circumstances have been narrated in this revisional application.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having considered the contentions advanced in the present revisional application, I am of the opinion that the same are absolutely question of facts for consideration of the learned trial court when the evidence would be in progress. No interference is called for in respect of the proceedings

relating to Dum Dum Police Station Case No. 831 of 2021 dated 01.08.2021.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1691 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
