Allowed C.R.M.(A) 1731 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Balurghat Police Station Case No. 175 of 2024 dated 15.03.2024 under Sections 186/353/333/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code now pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur. And In Re : Rinki Shil @ Mitra ...... petitioner Ms. Busra Khatoon ...for the petitioner Ms. Baisali Basu Md. Sayeed Khan ...for the State Claim of parity with the other co-accused who was enlarged on anticipatory bail by the order May 7, 2024 passed in C.R.M. (A) 1599 of 2024 is not being disputed on behalf of the State.

In such circumstances, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
