However, learned advocate for the State opposes the same as the recovery was from the wearing apparel of the present petitioner, although, according to the learned advocate, both of them were together.

The records of the case reflect that Injamamul Hoque @ Injamul Haque was granted bail relying upon the judgment of Sentu Seikh v. State of West Bengl [SLP (Crl.) No. 13987 of 2025].

As the same principle is applicable to the present petitioner, the petitioner be released on bail on the same

terms and conditions on which Injamamul Hoque @ Injamul Haque was released on bail in CRM (NDPS) 974 of 2026. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Nur Alam Seikh @ Nur Alom Sk] is Allowed.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1290 of 2026 is allowed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
