Hence, leave is granted to the learned Advocateon-record for the petitioner to amend the cause title of the writ petition, bearing WPA No.13442 of 2021, during the course of the day, thereby incorporating

the correction as indicated above. The order passed in the writ petition does not require any further modification in view of the leave given above. Accordingly, the modification application, bearing IA No: CAN 1 of 2022, is disposed of, without any order as to costs.
