According to the petitioner, repeated information have been sent to the Officerin-charge of Lake Police Station as well as the superiors officers of police.

However, the petitioner is facing continuous inconveniences.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that series of cases are pending inter se the

parties being Lake PS Case No. 111 of 20.04.2020; Lake PS Case No. 202 dated 02.11.2019; Lake PS Case No. 24 dated 19.01.2021; Lake PS Case No. 55 dated 27.02.2022; Lake PS Case No. 69 dated 09.03.2022.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent(s) as there are six criminal cases pending, I direct that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil as also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13852 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
