Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a tenant in respect of the property in question under the private respondents. The private respondents are trying to evict him therefrom without due process of law for which he filed a suit being Title Suit no. 295 of 2022 against the private respondents. By an order passed on 5th May, 2022, the learned trial Court has granted an order of ad interim injunction in favour of the petitioner restraining the private respondents from dispossessing him without due process of law. The petitioner complains that despite such order, the private respondents are trying to evict him from the property. The complaint lodged by the petitioner before the police authority has not been acted upon. Since the petitioner alleges violation of the order of ad interim order of injunction granted by the learned trial Court, the petitioner is at liberty to take necessary steps before the learned trial Court for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
