Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship with the de facto complainant. The police complaint is a result of such relationship turning sour.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary including the statement of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The case diary contains incriminating materials as against the petitioner. There are offensive conversation in the social media platform as also offensive pictures emanating from the petitioner in relation to the de facto complainant. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected CRM (A) 3064 of 2022 is dismissed.
