State is represented. Respondent no.6 is also represented. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner was absent on earlier occasions. Today no accommodation is sought for.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.6 submits that writ petition is not at all maintainable. The application of the writ petitioner for the license was supported by an unregistered lease deed. Thus the application of the petitioner was turned down.

The State authority submits that there are some other inefficiency on behalf of the petitioner. Thus his prayer was not considered. However, it appears that the present petitioner is not attending the Court on call and no accommodation is sought for.

Considering the entire situation it appears that present petitioner is not at all interested to proceed in the case further. Hence the writ petition being WPA 12810 of 2023 is dismissed for default.

Any order of stay passed by this Court during the pendency of the Court is hereby vacated.
