This application is one for non-payment of gratuity of one of the wives of the petitioner. Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 4 to 10 submits that they have already paid the gratuity amount to another wife. They have already deposited the amount before the Controlling Authority.
I find that this matter cannot be decided without exchange of affidavits.
Parties are granted liberty to file affidavit-in-
opposition by six weeks from date, reply thereto, if any, be filed by two weeks thereafter.
