The petitioner in the revisional application has prayed for early disposal of a case under the provisions of the Income Tax Act and the Indian Penal Code which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. Learned trial court is directed that in case all the accused persons appear, it would fix at least one date in every 60 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1983 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
