Perused the office report dated 20.12.2024.
It transpires from the office report that after passing of the direction of this court dated 18.11.2024, the Ld. Advocate for the appellant has filed photocopies of certified copy of some documents in connection with Title Suit No. 3641/1994 dated 19.11.2024.
It is further reported that during verification of the department, it is found that those photocopies are likely to be required documents as mentioned in the office report dated 24.07.2024 and 07.10.2024 and those photocopies are kept in a file.
In view of the office report as stated hereinabove and also perusing the case record it appears that by virtue of the order dated 18.11.2024 passed by this court, Ld. Advocate for the appellant was directed to submit 'photocopy of Order-sheets as indicated in the office report of the concerned department with the certified copy of the same.'
Since, no certified copy has yet been deposited in due compliance with the direction of this court, let the mater be adjourned for a week. Ld. Advocate for the appellant is again directed to file certified copies of the photocopy of the Order-Sheet as deposited by him within one week from date positively.
