Mr. Chowdhury, learned senior advocate appears for the opposite parties. He submits that the hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 is proceeding and the next date has been fixed on 23rd July, 2025. In the light of the submissions made by the leaned senior counsel for the respective parties, C.O. 2003 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Additional Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to take up the hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil

Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. 23rd July, 2025 and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

This order has been passed considering the fact that the application under Order 7 Rule 11 is pending for almost two years.

No order as to costs.
