We recorded in the earlier order that the Competent Authority has already passed an order in pursuance of the order of the learned Single Judge. A copy of such order has been made over to us by learned Counsel for the respondent no. 8/writ petitioner. Let the same be kept with the records. In view of the fact that the order of the learned Single Judge has worked itself out, nothing further can be done in this appeal.

The appeal, being No. FMA 1187 of 2021 and the connected application, being No. CAN 1 of 2021 are, accordingly, disposed of.

Needless to say, the appellant will be at liberty to challenge the order of the Competent Authority in accordance with law before the appropriate forum if he so advised. The appellant seeks leave to file a revised plan

before the Panchayat Authorities. He may do so if he is entitled to do so in law.
